A mountain lion, reportedly one of the rarest animals in the world, has been caught on video killing a dog in the Hollywood Hills.
The video shows the mountain lion dragging the dog’s body down the sidewalk by the pet’s head, according to police.
The dog is described as an 8-year-old male beagle-beagle mix that is not leashed to keep him safe from mountain lions.
“This is absolutely horrific,” said Officer Bob Dunn, a Hollywood Hills police spokesman….
